In early May 2002 Dave Gittins of IPS….train[ed]
my branch personnel on IPS techniques. The IPS system worked
so well that
our team has now reduced our stock loss caused by rubs, scratches
and pits in glass.
Not only is this system saving money by repairing,
shipping, storage and handling damage, it is increasing our customer
satisfaction. I would bet we have saved several hundred pieces
of glass, which in the past, would have been put into the dumpster.
This
glass polishing process has worked so well, we have sold several
systems to our customers who buy truckload and/or large quantities
from PPG and PPG Auto Glass. The payback is usually achieved
in less than 6 weeks. By getting IPS systems into their shops,
we
can reduce their temptation to sell seconds.
From every angle – savings,
customer satisfaction and employee pride, the IPS system has
been a tremendous asset to PPG Auto Glass.

Eagle Copters Maintenance Ltd. recently
utilized the "Innovative
Polishing System" on a set of front windshields for a Bell
212 Helicopter.
The windshields had severe wiper burns….. Replacement cost
for these windshields would have been over $9,000.00 but with the "Innovative
Polishing System" we were able to bring them back to serviceable
condition with 20 man-hours of labor.
We were very impressed with the results and are pleased to openly
recommend this product.
