#1 - Do you offer training?
We do offer free training for new customers for commercial use of our product, Zoom and in-house is available. Please contact us if you would like to set up a training session.


#2 - Is it easy to remove scratches from glass?
Scratch removal can be tricky if you are not properly trained, once trained you can remove scratches in as little as 5 minutes depending on severity.

#3 - Can anyone remove scratches from glass?
We only recommend our scratch removal products to customers who are in the glass industry, our product is not meant to be used for individual use. If proper training is not acquired there is a possibility that you will distort your glass.

#4 - Does Innovative provide any service work?
We do not provide service work but we do work with a few companies that use our product that can provide service work if in the area. Please call us at 772-283-6668 or click the Service Agent link in heading for the referral.

#5 - What is your Return or Refund Policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item(s) needs to have a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase. For more information please view our Refund Policy.
